Privacy Policy

Short version: we keep only what the site needs to work, and we do not sell it.

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Without an account

You can browse, preview and copy prompts without signing in. When a prompt page is opened or a prompt is copied we count it, without your name, email or IP address, to rank the Trending list. Your browser keeps a small note for the length of the visit so one visit is counted once.

We also count which pages are opened, from which kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and from which website a visitor came, to see what people use. No cookie is set for this and no IP address is stored: a visitor is a one-way code that changes every day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next.

If you send a problem report from the footer, we keep what you write, the page address, your browser name and the email you give (if any), to fix the problem.

With a free account

  • Your email address and name, or the details Google shares when you choose Google sign-in.
  • A sign-in cookie, so you stay signed in. It is needed for the site to work and is not used for advertising.
  • Which images you downloaded and when, to apply the daily download limit.
  • The prompts you save as favourites.

Your own photos

The “make it with your own photo” guide sends you to ChatGPT or Gemini. Your photo goes from your device to that service; it is never uploaded to PromptRatio. Their own privacy terms apply there.

Who handles the data

Accounts, the database and the full-size image files are hosted with Neon (data stored in Singapore). Sign-in emails are sent through that service. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your account and everything linked to it, write to support@promptratio.com from the email you signed up with. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes are announced on the site.
